We ask how work moves through your business and where it gets stuck. No demo, no slide deck, nothing to prepare. You'll get an honest read on whether a system helps at your size, including when the answer is no.
02 Scoping Blueprint
We map your process screen by screen and produce a requirements document: screen list, integration list, data migration assessment, fixed scope, price, timeline. This document is yours. Take it to another developer for a competing quote if you want.
03 Milestone Build
You see working screens at each milestone, not a reveal at the end. First release is usually a small piece your team uses in week [N], because a working first release buys the goodwill the rest of the project needs.
04 Go-Live & SLA
Data migration, parallel run, and training on your floor in the language your team actually speaks. Followed by defined AMC scope and guaranteed response commitments.
