Eliminate operational bottlenecks + and control costs in real time

Route by what you run

What do you run?

Four production-proven ERP engines. Pick the one tailored to your operation.

Manufacturing

Job cards, BOM, production planning, quality checks, and costing at the level your operation actually varies — per shift, per machine, per operator. Built for factories running manual machines with no sensors, because most Indian mid-size factories do.

Built for: 20–200 people, discrete or process manufacturing

Explore Manufacturing ERP

Transport and fleet

Booking, dispatch, bilty and LR with GST, e-way bill, FASTag and GPS integration, driver settlement, and trip-level profit and loss. Handles attached vehicles alongside owned in the same screens.

Built for: 20–200 vehicles, owned, attached or mixed

Explore TransportOS

Cold storage and cold chain

Chamber and lot management, FIFO enforced in the database rather than suggested on screen, batch expiry, and rent billing that gets the partial-period cases right.

Built for: multi-depositor facilities, 1,000+ tonnes

Explore Cold Storage ERP

Courier and last mile

Rate comparison across partners before booking, single-window dispatch, consolidated tracking, and COD reconciliation across partners with different statement formats.

Built for: 10,000+ shipments/month across 3+ partners

Custom architecture

Running a different operational flow?

We build for the process, not the industry label. If work in your business passes through many hands and each hand-off changes the cost, the same approach applies.

Tell us what you run

Build vs buy

Your Accounts Say You Made Money. They Can't Say Which Jobs Made It.

Standard business software can tell you what happened financially. But operational businesses often need to know why it happened.

Where the Money Actually Goes

In a twenty-person operation, the cost of a job is one number. In a sixty-person operation it's forty numbers, and most of them are never recorded. Material issued at the store versus material actually consumed. Labour by shift. A machine that ran slow on the second shift. Rejection recorded as "wastage." Rework absorbed into the next job.

Freight, changing input costs, driver advances and storage rent can disappear into the same company-level numbers.

The Gap Between Revenue and Profit

Revenue grows, margin doesn't, and nobody can say exactly where it went.

  1. 1Did this specific job make money?
  2. 2Which cost caused the margin to change?
  3. 3Can you prove where the money went?
Material Consumption

The problem lives at the job level, not the company level.

Real screens from systems running in real operations

Trip profit and loss — TransportOS

One row per trip: freight earned, and every cost as its own column — fuel, tolls pulled automatically from FASTag, driver settlement, attached-vehicle hire, maintenance allocation. Final column is margin. For most operators this is the first time they see profit at the level where decisions actually get made.

FIFO-enforced outward — Cold Storage ERP

The system allocates lots by receipt date automatically and shows the loader where each one physically sits. Overriding is allowed, because sometimes a chamber is genuinely inaccessible — but the override needs a reason, records the user, and appears in the owner's weekly exceptions report.

Learn more

Stock register — Cold Storage ERP

The report an inspector or auditor asks for. Opening, inward, outward, closing, by lot and by depositor, for any date range, reconciling exactly to the ledger.

Learn more

COD reconciliation — Courier Aggregator ERP

Partner remittance statements imported in whatever format each one sends, matched to shipments by AWB, then by order reference, then by amount and date. What doesn't match goes to a review queue instead of being absorbed as an adjustment.

Learn more

Shift-level job costing — Manufacturing ERP

Cost built up from material issued, labour, and machine time, compared against standard, at shift level. Captured by a supervisor on a tablet at handover, in under 90 seconds, on machines with no sensors.

Build vs buy

We'll tell you to buy a product when a product is right

When standard software is enough

Off-the-shelf ERP works when your process is standard. If you invoice, hold stock and file GST the way most businesses do, a product may be the better choice.

Buy the product. Spend the difference on your operation.

When custom ERP earns its cost

Custom earns its cost when your process isn't standard and never will be. Forcing it into a product creates workarounds, spreadsheets and duplicate data entry.

Build custom. Save staff time and eliminate spreadsheets.

  • Batch-level FIFO in cold chain, where releasing the wrong lot costs you the stock
  • Job costing per shift, on machines with no sensors
  • COD reconciliation across five courier partners with five statement formats
  • Bilty that has to become an e-way bill and then an invoice without anyone retyping it
  • Attached vehicles running alongside owned, on the same screens, with hire cost on the trip from assignment

Not sure which fits?

Three quick tests

If you answer yes to two of these, custom is probably worth a conversation.

  1. Are you running spreadsheets alongside existing software?
  2. Does the same data get typed into two different systems?
  3. Can you answer "did this specific job/trip/depositor make money" without a manual exercise?

Indian Compliance Specifics

e-invoicing is mandatory for businesses whose aggregate annual turnover exceeded ₹5 crore in any financial year from 2017–18 onwards, under CBIC Notification 10/2023, in force since 1 August 2023. Turnover is calculated at PAN level across all GSTINs, so multi-branch businesses cross it sooner than they expect. Once crossed, the obligation is permanent. Businesses at ₹10 crore and above must report each invoice to the IRP within 30 days of issue.

Stock rotation was a policy, not a system. Older lots sat at the back while stock by the door shipped first. We built FIFO enforcement at db level, with edge cases—partial outward, back-dated corrections, lot splits, multiple depositors in one chamber—handled properly.

Four stages.
You can stop after any of them.

And stop anytime, with full standalone deliverables.

01

Operations Review

We ask how work moves through your business and where it gets stuck. No demo, no slide deck, nothing to prepare. You'll get an honest read on whether a system helps at your size, including when the answer is no.

02

Scoping Blueprint

We map your process screen by screen and produce a requirements document: screen list, integration list, data migration assessment, fixed scope, price, timeline. This document is yours. Take it to another developer for a competing quote if you want.

03

Milestone Build

You see working screens at each milestone, not a reveal at the end. First release is usually a small piece your team uses in week [N], because a working first release buys the goodwill the rest of the project needs.

04

Go-Live & SLA

Data migration, parallel run, and training on your floor in the language your team actually speaks. Followed by defined AMC scope and guaranteed response commitments.

What it costs

We publish ranges, because you'll ask anyway

A vendor who won't give you a number until the third meeting is managing you. You're trying to work out whether this is a ₹5 lakh decision or a ₹50 lakh decision before you spend 2 weeks in meetings, and that's reasonable.

03 · Scope

Full ERP

Operations, finance, compliance, reporting

Range₹20–50 Lakh
Timeline5–9 months
Estimate your build

Plus AMC at 15–18% of build cost per year, and hosting at ₹3,000–10,000/month paid directly by you to the provider. We don't mark up hosting.

Ranges are wide because scope genuinely varies. They're accurate enough to tell you whether to keep reading.

Who this isn't for

When you should not hire us

We prioritize operational fit over volume. Off-the-shelf software is the better choice if any of these apply:

01Team Scale

Under 15–20 Staff

Standard SaaS will serve you better and cost far less. Come back when work starts passing through more hands than one person can hold in their head.

SaaS / Tally Recommended

02Process Fit

Standard Workflow

If adapting to off-the-shelf software would be an improvement rather than a compromise, adapt. That’s cheaper and faster.

Off-The-Shelf Works

03Timeline

Hard 3-Week Deadline

Not achievable for a system this size done properly. If that’s a hard constraint, buy a product and accept the process fit you get.

2–5 Month Runway

04Ownership

No Internal Owner

Without one person on your side who can decide and who has time for training, the project fails whatever we build.

Dedicated Lead Required

05Investment

Lowest Price Is Sole Focus

We won’t be the cheapest quote. If price is the deciding factor, take the cheaper quote—just read the ownership terms before you sign.

Pass all 5 criteria?

If your operation runs bespoke specs, staff needs custom screens, and management needs real-time oversight, let's review your operational flow.
